Mark Drown – Senior System Technician

Pat Dalton – Technician

  • Pat joined the RCM team in 2019 with a background over 20+ years as a Windows server administrator.
  • Worked on the State of Maine network upgrade from PR9D, to SR10A.
  • Proficient with Dispatch Console systems.
  • Obtained Competent Climber status.

Steve Thompson – Technician

  • Steve is one of our Chelsea technicians.
  • He joined the team over 3 years ago.
  • Has numerous training certifications through Whelen on their Sapphire, Carbide, CORE systems, and Command Software.
  • With training from Watchguard, and specializing in vehicle upfitting, he knows how to work with vehicles, and will get your vehicle outfitted the right way, the first time.

John Covert – Technician

  • John has worked for RCM just about a year.
  • John has many years in the two way radio industry and worked for Maine State Police as a radio tech before going to work for OIT as a supervisor.
  • John also worked for New England Dispatch installing Orbacorm dispatch consoles.
  • John brings good experience and many years of experience to the RCM technical department.
  • John is a good team player and is a good addition to our staff, RCM is so pleased to have him at the Chelsea office.
  • His range of knowledge is incredibly helpful, and he is a definite asset to our team.

Eric Erickson – Location Manager / Technician

  • Eric is the District Manager of our Presque Isle office, and with over 28 years of experience in Public Safety, he is a benefit to RCM, and our customers.
  • His knowledge in Two-Way radio communications is exhibited by the completion of multiple large projects with RCM
    • Multi Site Radio project for Irving Woodlands LLC.,
    • Upgrades for Dispatch Communications for Aroostook County Sheriff’s Dept and Caribou’s Police Dept.
  • His 18+ years working in law enforcement, fire service, and emergency equipment installations give him an advantage to understand what our clients need.
  • With each county in Maine bringing it’s own set of challenges when establishing and maintaining a large network of radio communications, Aroostook is no different, if anything a bit trickier because of the vast wilderness. Eric and his team have risen to the challenge every time to ensure the highest quality for our customers.

Mark LeDue – Technician

  • Mark has scaled incredible heights as a tower climber and technician with RCM for over eight years.
  • He is CommTrain Certified in Tower Climbing and Rescue and has over 12 years in the Two-Way radio industry.
  • With six years’ experience in the residential and commercial satellite industry.
  • Four levels completed of RF study at Adelphia Corporate University, we know he is willing to learn new things, and because of this, RCM is confident in his skills to be an asset to our customers.
