Pat Dalton – Technician

  • Pat joined the RCM team in 2019 with a background over 20+ years as a Windows server administrator.

  • Worked on the State of Maine network upgrade from PR9D, to SR10A.
  • Proficient with Dispatch Console systems.

  • Obtained Competent Climber status.

Steve Thompson – Technician

  • Steve is one of our Chelsea technicians.
  • He joined the team over 3 years ago.
  • Has numerous training certifications through Whelen on their Sapphire, Carbide, CORE systems, and Command Software.
  • With training from Watchguard, and specializing in vehicle upfitting, he knows how to work with vehicles, and will get your vehicle outfitted the right way, the first time.

John Covert – Technician

  • John has worked for RCM just about a year.
  • John has many years in the two way radio industry and worked for Maine State Police as a radio tech before going to work for OIT as a supervisor.
  • John also worked for New England Dispatch installing Orbacorm dispatch consoles.
  • John brings good experience and many years of experience to the RCM technical department.
  • John is a good team player and is a good addition to our staff, RCM is so pleased to have him at the Chelsea office.
  • His range of knowledge is incredibly helpful, and he is a definite asset to our team.

Eric Erickson – Location Manager / Technician

  • Eric is the Location Manager of our Presque Isle office since 2017, and with over 28 years of experience in Public Safety, he is a benefit to RCM, and our customers.
  • His knowledge in Two-Way radio communications is exhibited by the completion of multiple large projects with RCM
    • Multi Site Radio project for Irving Woodlands LLC.,
    • Multi Site Radio project for Versant Power.
    • Upgrades for Dispatch Communications for Aroostook County Sheriff’s Dept, Caribou’s Police Dept, Presque Isle’s Police and Fire Depts, and Houlton Police Dept.
  • His 28+ years working in law enforcement, fire service, and emergency equipment installations give him an advantage to understand what our clients need.
  • With each county in Maine bringing it’s own set of challenges when establishing and maintaining a large network of radio communications, Aroostook is no different, if anything a bit trickier because of the vast wilderness. Eric and his team have risen to the challenge every time to ensure the highest quality for our customers.

Mark LeDue – Technician

  • Mark has scaled incredible heights as a tower climber and technician with RCM for over eight years.
  • He is CommTrain Certified in Tower Climbing and Rescue and has over 12 years in the Two-Way radio industry.
  • With six years’ experience in the residential and commercial satellite industry.
  • Four levels completed of RF study at Adelphia Corporate University, we know he is willing to learn new things, and because of this, RCM is confident in his skills to be an asset to our customers.

Will Lovejoy – Technician

  • Over 20 years experience in Fire Service, with extensive hands-on involvement in emergency response operations.
  • More than a decade serving as a 9-1-1 dispatcher for Penobscot County Communications, managing high-stress incidents and coordinating multi-agency responses.
  • Strong background in emergency communications, including radio systems, interoperability, and field-to-dispatch coordination.
  • Achieved Competent Climber status, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting communications infrastructure.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of 2-Way radio equipment, Frequencies, and radio systems.
  • Unique dual perspective from both Dispatch and frontline firefighting roles.
  • Committed to public safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in emergency services.
  • Enjoys the outdoors and takes full advantage of everything Maine has to offer. Hunting, Fishing, and time in the field.

Cody Stover – Technician

  • Cody brings nearly a decade of expertise in fiber network deployment and infrastructure development to RCM.
  • His background includes engineering roles where he managed, large-scale fiber initiatives, coordinated cross functional teams, and delivered cost-effective network solutions.
  • Cody previously served in the US Army bringing a disciplined detail oriented approach to his work.
  • In his free time you’ll find him with his family on little Sebago Lake and perfecting his swing on the golf course.

Nicole Swett – Location Manager

  • Nicole’s excellence in customer service has been mastered by over 12+ years of management in the hospitality industry.
  • Her organizational, and logistical planning has shone bright time and time again, proven by her ability to make difficult projects appear easy with a modest crew.
  • Her strategic thinking, adaptability and effective communication skills keep Portland’s technician crew in balance, while always supporting customers with consistent accuracy.
  • Nicole’s keenness towards technical aspects, gives her an advantage, as she is constantly learning from our highly skilled technicians on the job.

Phil Alexander – Location Manager

  • Phil is our Chelsea locations manager and is incredibly multitalented.
  • He has worked in the industry since 1998 and has been part of the RCM team for over 20 years.
  • As an RCM employee he has worked on multiple large projects, including installions for all of the emergency vehicles for the Maine Dept. of Conservation.
  • His intellect is vast when it comes to the equipment we sell, he can do just about everything from programming, to install, and answer just about any question you may have, and if he doesn’t know the answer, he will find it.
  • His extensive experience setting up and installing equipment in emergency, and non-emergency vehicles, affords him the availability to troubleshoot any issue.
  • One of Phil’s personal pursuits is metal working, whether that’s machining or fabrication, this gives him an advantage to installations, as it strengthens his ability  to look at a project and visualize different ways to complete the task at hand.
